You can market up to twenty (20) listings for the low price of $24.95 per month. The only additional cost associated with the system is the cost of the Rider’s that attach to the For Sale – ForLease sign. You can purchase the Rider’s from MLT, or have your local printer print them. It’s your choice.

The system will instantly text your prospects up to 160 characters of information you choose to share with them. You simply enter the information you want to share by checking the “Enable Text Back” box under the “MY Listings” tab within your MLT Portal:

• Instantly send your prospect the URL link (from your personal or company website) to the listing they are viewing. You may need to use a URL conversion tool like (www.tinyurl.com) to make your listing URL link smaller.

• Send your prospects the URL to Foreclosures in the area.
• Do a Video Tour of your listings with your smart phone and post it to YouTube. Post the YouTube link in your Text Back box so your prospects can do a video tour.

Our audio system is designed to market your listings to potential prospects with detailed recorded information about:

• You and your experience as a Realtor. Showcase your abilities to find your prospects the property they are seeking.
• The property you are selling/leasing, and its features.

You can personally record your voice options, or hire a voice talent to do it for you. You can find MLT’s recommended Voice Talent on your ”My Dashboard” page.

Smartly designed, white corrugated vinyl Riders that attach to your For Sale/Lease sign that guide your prospects to “listen” to detailed information about you and your listing. The Rider displays a phone number (512-400-HOME), an Agent PIN number, and a listing number. When a prospective buyer sees a For Sale/Lease sign on your listings property with our Rider attached they simply call the numbers displayed on the Rider and listen to your recorded message showcasing the property’s features.

The audio system is designed to capture the caller ID information of anyone that telephones about one of your listings. It also identifies the listing the caller listened to. The call is time and date stamped so you know exactly when they called. The information is sent via email to the listing agent for prompt follow up.

You can access your messages three ways:

1. Check your personal email account that you used to set up your MLT account.
2. Dial into your MLT account from any telephone. The system works the same way the messaging system for your cell phone or office phone works.
3. Log into MLT’s website and click the “My Portal” icon. Next click My Calls tab. The contact information of every prospect that calls one of your listings is captured and recorded on this page.

The on-line dashboard is home page for subscribers. This is where you will find helpful information related to MLT, and your account. On this page you will find icon’s that help you find information like:

• Your personal profile information
• MLT Account Management answers
• How to setup your voice options and portal instruction sheet
• Announcements
• Agent Spotlights
• How to order new/replacement Rider’s

This is where you manage the information related to your listings. There are three tabs on the portal page.

• My Profile: This is where your personal Profile Details are stored.
• My Listings: Here you will enter the client information for each listing you have in the same numeric order as your recordings (1 – 20).
• My Calls: The contact information of every prospect that calls one of your listings is captured and recorded.
