You can create as many audio home tours as you need from any telephone simply by dialing your Virtual Agent PIN number and Dial-in Passcode, and following the prompts. The messaging system is as easy to use as your cell phone or office phone system.
The Virtual Agent allows you to create a personalized greeting that your prospects hear when they call the number on the Rider sign, and enter your PIN number. This will allow you to provide a short resume showcasing your experience as a Realtor, as well as your ability to find your prospects the property they are seeking. You can even provide your office location and contact details if you choose.
The prospect will then be asked to enter the Listing Number of the home they want more immediate information about. After the prospect listens to the home audio tour they will be given the options to leave a voice message, listen to the description again, or enter another listing number.
Our system is designed to capture the caller ID information of anyone that telephones about one of your listings. The call is time and date stamped so you know exactly who called, and when they called. So even if the prospect chooses not to leave a voice message you will still receive the prospect’s contact information via email as soon as they hang up. This allows you to follow up with the prospective buyer to see if there is any additional information you can provide them about the listing, or if you can assist them in finding another listing that better suites their needs.
